The following is some basic information regarding the outline of works and some guidelines regarding contracts, deposits and settlement.
Individual sales plans can be requested on demand if you are interested in any block, and disclosure plans will be submitted to your lawyer through the contract period.
If you are keen to purchase land, the following sales process will follow.
Terms of Contract as below,
- Initial deposit $1000.00 on signing contract with your lawyer
- 30-45 Days allowed for Finance approval
- On finance approval - $4000.00 to be transferred to Watsons Trust account.
- Final Settlement due 21 days from land registration date. (See below)
Our Solicitors Watsons Legal will prepare contract and email to your designated Solicitor.
Once your solicitor is happy with the above contract, you can then sign the contract.

Engineering programme as Below
- Development will commence March 2019,
- Plan to complete engineering works June/July 2019
- Registration Date July/August 2019
- All dates are guides and could be late due to wet weather or construction issues
